This scene is taken from the tomb of Nefertari.  Starting from the left...Queen Nefertari is being led by Isis, behind her is the goddess Hathor bearing an elaborate sistrum.  The sistrum was used in dances and religious ceremonies, particularly in the worship of the goddess Hathor,   The U-shape of the sistrum's handle and frame seen as resembling the face and horns of the cow goddess is traditionally.   From the left Nefertari is being lead by Horus is the god of the sky, and the son of Osiris.  Horus is depicted here as a falcon, or as a falcon-headed man,  (in Egyptian, Heru), which meant The distant one.  She is being lead to another manifestation of Horus:  Re-Horakhty sits enthroned with his goddess wife Hathor by his side.
