Egyptian Jewelry of the Rosetta
Stone

Walking through the pyramids or
any Ancient Egyptian site you will find the walls
covered with hieroglyphics telling the story of centuries
past. Originally discovered in July 1799 in the small Egyptian village
of Rosette (Raschid). The Rosetta Stone was translated by Jean Francois Champollion
in 1822 to "crack" the secret language of hieroglyphs.
It has been beautifully reproduced here - complete with
hieroglyphics.
